New clients book this first. Recommended as your first session to identify key areas for treatment.
Service Description
A full body assessment to identify the areas we need to work on & practical advise on how to help yourself. Includes just over an hour hands on massage treatment, history taking & a full assessment. You only need to book this once, this is for new clients.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are non refundable, we are sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Your session starts at the booked time and ends at the agreed time. We cannot add time on the end if you are late. We have a 15'min wait time. If you fail to arrive for your session 15min from the start time, no one will be available. If you have bought a package, we will not be able to refund you for sessions that you can't use. You can however give them to someone else. Thank-you for your understanding.
