How Does This Work
​
We will start with an assessment to discuss the causes of your issues and what you wish to get from this 10 weeks.
​
We will fit in a sports massage each week focused on finally removing tension in your muscles. Allowing you to run more freely, less pain, and lower chance of injury.
​
I will create you a 10 week running strengthening and mobility plan for you. This will not only make your running "better" which will in time improve your times, but it will lower your chance of injury and overcome current issues.
You will have 5 one to one sessions with me, where we can make sure you are doing all the movements correctly and get you started on journey.

The plan we make you will be able to keep forever and continue to do.

You also get exclusive use of our compression boots which you can use at home to aid recovery!

Not to forget the pre and post event massage! This is where i will come with you to any local running events and help prepare you for it.
