Cancellation Policy

All appointments are non refundable, we are sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Your session starts at the booked time and ends at the agreed time. We cannot add time on the end if you are late. We have a 15'min wait time. If you fail to arrive for your session 15min from the start time, no one will be available. If you have bought a package, we will not be able to refund you for sessions that you can't use. You can however give them to someone else. All massage memberships are contracted to three months, you must give a months notice if you wish to cancel the membership. Treatments can't be moved to another month. You must use your monthly treatment in that month. Thank-you for your understanding.
