Why I Can Help You
I have AS. I am not on medication & manage very well. I put it all down to the way I workout. I can help you by being a rare breed of trainer - one who understands you! I understand your pain, I too have had to crawl to the bathroom and almost be in tears when waking up.
I know that online coaching may just change your life. We may never be 100% mobile as this condition is here for life but with some extremely specific coaching we can become much more resilient and mobile.
In Your Own Time
Online coaching for people with Ankylosing Spondylitis is all about not making huge leaps each time. It's about respecting the disease & not making things feel worse. We want you finishing your session feeling better than you started.

What Do You Get With Ankylosing Spondylitis Online Coaching

A hour long chat via Zoom and discussing your goals and level you are at. This is a very important phase, so we know where to start.

One online workout a week lasting anywhere from 20min - 45min depending on your ability.

A fitness program that you will follow between sessions, which is personal to you.

All workouts are unique to you. The goal is not make you feel worse and stay in your ability with natual progression ​

Am I The Right Trainer For You?
I opened my own gym with over 500 members when I was in my teens. This brings a huge amount of experience which is hard to find. I love Brazilian Jujitsu and climbing mountains in the UK and the Alps. I am also the owner of my own Sports Massage clinic in Saffron Walden.

I understand you at a human level, I understand that you don't want to be super human, you just want to feel better in yourself and not in so much dam pain!

I have AS too. I manage it really well and no longer feel any pain daily or even monthly. Maybe twice a year I will have a small flare up. I do not take any medication and live a very normal life, climbing mountains, rolling on the floor in BJJ, walking the dog and i feel lucky to be able to do whatever i want without AS stopping me.
