Am I The Right Trainer For You?
I opened my own gym with over 500 members when I was in my early 20's. This brings a huge amount of experience which is hard to find. I love Brazilian Jujitsu and climbing mountains in the UK and the Alps.

I understand you at a human level, I understand that you don't want to be super human, you just want to feel better in yourself and live a healthier lifestyle.

I am not a "lets push your limits" and shout at you trainer. I want to motivate you but without intimidation. Killing yourself every session is not my goal, we need 1% improvement each time, and this is what builds lasting changes.

My sessions are build around your goals and they are all planned & follow natural progression.
