✔️ 1 Sports Massage after each session (30 mins) (Or compression boot treatment or cupping)
Hands-on recovery work to relieve tension, improve movement, and prevent injury.

✔️ 1  Guided Breathwork & Stress Relief Sessions  a week (15 mins)
Down-regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep. Breathwork is a game changer and a really effective experience.

✔️ A Personalised Home Training Plan
Stay on track between sessions with a simple, effective routine tailored to your lifestyle.

Delivered in the comfort of your home. All equipment provided. No gym needed.

Who I Am.

My name is Sam Wilmott, I own Apex  Recovery Room and also Wilmott's Gym which has over 500 members.

I have been training people since I was 16 and have a huge amount of knowledge and experience in providing a top class service that delivers, I know what it takes to reach your goals and stay on track.

I started my own fitness journey as i was unfit, and weak. I now take part frequently in mountainous adventures and Brazilian Jujitsu. Having this service will just improve your life in so many ways.
