This plan is designed and personalized to you and your needs as a runner.
We start with our 30min assessment at my Apex Recovery Room. Here we will..
Identity weak points
Identity areas of tightness
Identity any mobility issues which might cause issues down the line
Once we have spoken in great detail, I will make you a very detailed plan for you to follow:
STRENGTH PLAN. This will be a written out plan for you to do at the gym or at your own home! These are not just random exercises, they are exercises that YOU need. 5 of the sessions can be done with myself, at your home! You will be expected to train yourself outside of these five hours, therefore you might need to buy some very basic fitness equipment
A full mobility plan. We would have identified your areas of bad mobility and made the mobility session around you! These will also be done in our five strength training sessions. Once again, you are expected to continue this routine outside of our training sessions
TEN SPORTS MASSAGE TREATMENTS! These treatments are to eliminate tightness. The massages can even be used at any local running events you are attending as a pre event or post event sports massage! I will basically attend the event with you and prepare your muscles for the run and also aid your recovery instantly after the run.
This plan is a must if you want longevity in your running, lower your injury risk, increase recovery!
The plan is 10 weeks long. You will use the five one to one strength and mobility sessions within ten weeks and ideally use all ten massage treatments also within the ten weeks.
Remember, the plan and knowledge you get from this will stay with you forever. This is an investment in your running!
