How often should you get a Sports massage at my massage room in Saffron Walden?
I get this question asked a lot
Every 2-4 weeks is recommended & if you engage in more rigorous sports then I recommend more.
However, this question is so hard to answer, because most people are in for different reasons.
Also let's be honest, massage can cost a lot, if you keep having them frequently.
I believe that if you depend on your sport or the gym for your mental well-being, your enjoyment and it's your "escape" then investing in good recovery treatments is a investment well spent, it's going to keep you "in the game" for longer and preform better. Honestly, not being able to do suddenly play your sport or workout can be very upsetting. Take my word...you will regret you did not take your recovery seriously.
So it depends...do you wish to be in the best position possible to continue doing what you love without injury & be at the top of your game or do you want to wait until your hamstring pings and be out of your sport for months..? Spending a little a month pays of in the long run.
